I wanted to do a number of pricey upgrades to the exterior to bring it out of the 90’s, but first, it needed painting! Edgar was very responsive in coming out to bid the job. He quoted a figure we felt great about, and did so on the spot. He followed up with an email confirmation a few days later. He was very transparent with us about all steps of the job, from scheduling through completion. Edgar and his crew are experts! They are very detail oriented and went over the house with a fine toothed comb to check for any spots needing touch up. They use only Sherwin Williams paint, the best in the industry and he stands by their warrantee. We are so happy with the outcome! Best of all, just changing the color scheme updated the house, so I no longer have to do a bunch of other pricey upgrades!”

We contacted Carol at Lucatero Painting LLC to paint the outside of our one story (large) home for the late winter/spring time. They came right away from the estimate, and as soon as weather was complying Edgar and his team did “their thing”: pressure washed the whole house, then covered all doors and windows, light fixtures etc, and started painting.We chose a very bold deep blue for the siding, with grey trim and umber wood accent colors, which was a complete makeover from the original tan and dark brown it was. They use Sherwin-Williams colors, so you know it’s going to last a long time.It looks like a brand new house, and they were done in 3 days! Replaced also some rotten wood boards, courtesy of rainy WA weather from the last 17 years, and they work clean and thorough, so you won’t have to go behind them later on to pick up debris or anything.We couldn’t be more in love with the results, and have gotten so many compliments from our friends and neighbors!I definitely recommend Lucatero Painting! Very friendly local family business! We will use them also for interior painting probably later this year too.

Our home needed exterior paint touch up due to UV and weather damage on the second story section. We were definitely not going to be able to handle this on our own, so we called Lucatero Painting. They were fast with their quote and ready to get to work in fairly short order. They confirmed their arrival time in the morning and were on time. By the time I even knew they had arrived, they were getting set up and ready to start. They were done with the entire job, including an excellent clean up, in just over an hour. The quality looks amazing and our house is back to looking new thanks to their excellent and efficient work. Thank you so much!
