One of the most challenging parts of this residential project was making sure we didn’t get paint on the stairs when we were painting the front deck. We had to be very careful when masking, but we did it and the railing turned out looking great!

Re/Max in Yelm

This 8,000 square foot stucco building needed special paint and special application methods to complete due to its material.

Our team overcame 100ft heights with the help of a 40ft ladder and special harnesses.

We renewed this waterfront home on Cooper Point in Olympia with fresh coat around the entire house and detached shop.

I have absolutely loved working with the Lucatero team over the last year.

We hired them to paint the exterior of our home, and they made it both easy and pleasant. The work was phenomenal, and the entire crew "is just good people." All of our interactions were really enjoyable and stress free.

As a result of the great communication and rapport, we also put down a deposit for interior painting. It's yet to be completed because my health keeps tanking, but I have blown away by how compassionate they have been with the rescheduling.

Bottom line... they're a great couple with incredible employees that do beautiful work.

The icing on the cake is that they are also affordable and competitively priced.

Glory!!! We are so grateful to the Father for our home, which we call The House of Praise. My wife and I can't say enough about Lucatero Painting. Edgar and his wife Carol are a joy to work with. They are friendly, very responsive, and dedicated to making sure you are happy with their work.

The whole process from arranging for the bid, to scheduling the job, to them completing the work was done on time, and at the agreed budget.

Our house was transformed from a cute yellow to stunning deep sea blue. We have neighbors that comment on a near daily basis about how great it looks.

We contacted Carol at Lucatero Painting LLC to paint the outside of our one story (large) home for the late winter/spring time. They came right away from the estimate, and as soon as weather was complying Edgar and his team did “their thing”: pressure washed the whole house, then covered all doors and windows, light fixtures etc, and started painting.
We chose a very bold deep blue for the siding, with grey trim and umber wood accent colors, which was a complete makeover from the original tan and dark brown it was. They use Sherwin-Williams colors, so you know it’s going to last a long time.
It looks like a brand new house, and they were done in 3 days! Replaced also some rotten wood boards, courtesy of rainy WA weather from the last 17 years, and they work clean and thorough, so you won’t have to go behind them later on to pick up debris or anything.
We couldn’t be more in love with the results, and have gotten so many compliments from our friends and neighbors!
I definitely recommend Lucatero Painting! Very friendly local family business! We will use them also for interior painting probably later this year too.

The Lucatero Painting team were very professional and did a great job! They arrived at the scheduled time, and started prepping, patching and painting our stairwell and upstairs hallway promptly. Lucerato painting did a great job on our exterior. They were communicative, valued customer satisfaction, and clean! They were swift with their work and did a good job. They were willing and able to fix any and all things to our satisfaction. They also helped us curate our design on the house, as we wanted a little different of a style.
